Terms: (A Distributor's Right and Obligation)

TECO will offer special competitive prices and prompt delivery.

To protect Distributor’s market and benefit, TECO will appoint one company only to distribute TECO products in each certain territory.

Distributor is granted a privilege to distribute TECO products

Distributor shall use its best efforts to introduce, promote and sell TECO Products in the Territory as well as provide its customers with after sales service (Swap PCB Assembly).

TECO will provide Spare Board Assembly Pool for After Sales Service purpose.

TECO would be honored to accept Distributor logo or design orders when quantity reaches at the standard.

Distributor shall keep TECO informed at all times on the market conditions in the Territory.

Initial term of covenant is half (1/2) year. Subsequent covenant can be one (1) year term and to be renewed yearly.
