you have a product (within warranty) that requires repair:.

Fax
RMA Request Form to 1-886-2-2290-1709 to get a Return Materia Authorization
(RMA) Number. |

2.

TECO
Customer Service will assign RMA Number and FAX it back to you. |
| 3.
|
RMA
numbers are valid for thirty (30) days from date of issuance. |

of the original invoice indicating the serial number of the unit purchase.

Please post the assigned RMA number on the outside of each box and
ship your unit to the TECO freight prepaid. Do NOT make any shipments
to TECO without a valid RMA number or they may be delayed or lost
